how much does shipping cost?

UK

we offer free Royal Mail 2nd class shipping for orders over £25, otherwise it's:

Royal Mail 2nd class, not tracked – £3

DPD 24-hour tracked service (UK mainland, working days only) – £5.75

EU

Royal Mail tracked and signed – £6.50

how long will it take for my order to arrive?

we offer same-day dispatch for orders placed before 1pm, but only ship on working days. please note that during bank holiday periods, shipping may be slower than expected.

do you ship internationally?

we only ship within Europe, but our partners at Beauty Bay offer great international shipping rates for all our products.

can I change my shipping address?

email us at hello@beached.com and if our warehouse hasn’t posted it already, then we’d be happy to help. use the subject line ‘HELP: Change address’ and give us as much detail as you can, including your order number and order details.

can I change or cancel my order?

contact as at hello@beached.com as soon as you can and we'll be able to help. unfortunately once your order has been shipped we're unable to cancel or make changes to it, but we do offer refunds.

we hope you’re shimmying with delight, but if the products aren’t quite for you, then please don’t worry. we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee, so just contact us at hello@beached.com within 30 days of receiving the goods and we’ll happily organise a refund for you.

what should I do if my product is faulty or not what I ordered?

is Beached available in any stores?

we’re available online at Beauty Bay (UK), Purish (Germany), Laconicum (Spain) and Know to Glow (Sweden)

does Beached use natural ingredients?

yes, and not just any natural ingredients—lots of the super cool, high-performing stuff. our products use ingredients that are organic, natural or naturally-derived. no GMOs, parabens, nanoparticles, silicons, PEGs or synthetic perfumes and dyes.

does Beached test on animals?

absolutely not. whales don’t look good when they’re beached and we’re sure other animals won’t either.

are Beached products vegan?

not all. State of Hydrate is vegan, but there are a couple of animal-derived ingredients in our other products, such as the organic wildflower honey used in Urban Waves. we’re working on this.

is Beached eco-friendly?

absolutely! we think reusability first in all that we do. from our reusable postage bags to our bottles made from 100% recycled plastic. plus, we keep our packaging to the bare minimum to avoid unnecessary waste. there’s no wanky “unboxing” experience with us—only stuff designed to be used again and again.

do your products really fit through the letterbox?

we sure hope so. we custom designed our pebble bottle to be super slim, especially for this reason. we’re sure you have better things to be doing than be queuing at a post office. like watching Netflix.

is your signature scent natural?

sure is. it’s organic, natural or naturally derived and is built around ylang ylang and yellow mandarin, settling to a stunning Australian sandalwood. it’s produced exclusively for Beached in Grasse, the fragrance capital of the world. *humble brag*
